- Continuous, uninterrupted access.
- Error-free performance.
- That defects will be corrected immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised
“Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
